How can I buy a ticket?
Tickets will be available exclusively online, through the iabilet.ro platform, starting July 15. You will be able to access the link directly from the official Timișoara Tasting Tour website and social media. Simple, fast, and 100% digital.
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket provides access to all partner locations and includes one tasting at each location. This can be either a culinary dish or a special drink, depending on the specific location. You can find out what you get at each location on the dedicated pages of the website, in the "Food" and "Drinks" sections. In addition, entertainment is also included at certain locations, subject to availability.
Can I go to any location with my ticket?
Yes, the ticket gives you access to all partner locations of the event. Each location will scan the QR code on your ticket, and you will be able to enjoy the tasting offered.
Can I visit the locations in any order?
Absolutely! There are no pre-set rules or imposed routes. You can start with your favorite location, visit 10 locations, or visit them all—the decision is yours. Each participant creates their own tour, at their own pace. It's about taste, discovery, and total freedom.
Important to know: access to locations and use of the ticket are only valid during the event hours, starting at 6:00 p.m. on September 20, 2025.
Is the ticket valid for one person only?
Yes, each ticket is nominal and grants access to one person only.
Can tickets be purchased on the day of the event?
No. Tickets will only be available online, in advance, through the iabilet.ro platform. The number of seats is limited, and once they are sold out, no more tickets will be available for sale. We recommend that you reserve your seat as early as possible.
Do I need to print the ticket or can I show it on my phone?
We recommend presenting your ticket in digital format, directly from your phone, for faster and easier access. At each location, tickets will be scanned individually, so the digital version is the most practical. However, if you prefer, you can also bring a printed ticket.
On the day of the event, participants must collect their wristband from one of the official pick-up points:
Berăria 700: 12:00 – 22:00
Toffee Coffee: 12:00 – 20:00
Elements: 12:00 – 18:00
Wristbands must be collected personally by each participant and cannot be picked up or distributed for others.
Together with the wristband, you will also receive the map of the participating locations.
Access to venues is only possible with the wristband worn on your wrist and the QR code of your ticket (either electronic or printed). Both are mandatory in order to enter and to enjoy the included tastings.
The wristband must be worn on the wrist throughout the event. If it is lost or broken, it cannot be replaced, which means participation in the event will end.
For very young participants, volunteers may request an ID card to verify age and apply the correct wristband (red for adults, yellow for minors).
The QR code grants access to all partner locations – once in each – and exploration is done at each participant’s own pace.
Access to venues depends on the available space at that moment, so we recommend a relaxed, flexible, and curious attitude.
What is the event schedule?
Timișoara Tasting Tour will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. The end time will be announced soon, and the full schedule will be available on the official website and in the event's communication materials.
Is there a map of participating locations?
Yes, you will be able to consult a complete map with all participating locations on the official website and in the event's informational materials. In addition, each location will have a visual identifier to help you easily recognize participating venues during the event.
Do I have to follow a predetermined route?
No. Each participant is free to build their own route. You can start wherever you want, stop wherever you like, and visit as many locations as you wish. It is an experience designed for freedom and exploration.
Can I enter all locations or just some?
Yes, your ticket gives you access to all partner locations. You can visit any of them, in any order, according to your preferences. However, access is subject to the capacity of each location at the time. If a space is temporarily crowded, you can come back later or continue your tour at another location. The event is designed as a free exploration, without fixed routes, precisely so that each participant can create their own experience.
Is there a maximum number of people per location?
Yes, each location has a limited capacity set by the organizers and the regulations of that location. Access is based on availability, and no advance reservations can be made for any of the locations. We recommend flexibility and patience for the most enjoyable experience.
What kind of dishes will I be able to taste?
Each partner location will prepare a special dish or signature drink, designed for this evening. You will be able to discover surprising recipes, reinterpretations of classics, and local or international flavors, depending on the specifics of each location. It is a perfect opportunity to discover the gastronomic diversity of Timișoara in an accessible and dynamic format.
Are there vegetarian/vegan options?
Yes! Some locations will include vegetarian or vegan dishes specially created for the event. We recommend following our social media channels, where we will gradually reveal what dishes are available at each location, including options suitable for different dietary preferences.
If I want to order something other than the included dish, can I?
Yes, of course! If you want to order something in addition to what is included in the ticket, you can do so directly at the location. Anything you order in addition—whether food or drinks—will be paid for directly there and is not part of the event offer.
How can I better plan my evening?
We recommend that you follow the official Timișoara Tasting Tour pages, where we will constantly update the participating locations and the dishes on offer. This way, you can note down in advance the places you really want to see. However, the event is also designed to be a spontaneous adventure – go where you like, but give a chance to places you haven't been to before. You may discover something new that is just to your taste.
How much can I consume or visit in one evening?
Timișoara Tasting Tour is not a competition. It's not about how many locations you can visit or how many dishes you can try, but about how you choose to enjoy the city at your own pace. We encourage a conscious and balanced experience, where you savor, not overindulge. Whether you visit 5 locations or 25, the important thing is to feel good and discover new places and flavors.
Similarly, when it comes to consumption—whether we're talking about food or alcohol—please do so in moderation. It's about taste, not excess. Our partners reserve the right to refuse service in cases of excessive consumption, and we support responsible and relaxed behavior.
Is this a pet-friendly event?
Timișoara Tasting Tour is an event that takes place both indoor and outdoors, so access with pets depends on the policy of each venue. In general, access is allowed in outdoor areas or venues that accept animals. We recommend checking individually with the venues you wish to visit to avoid any inconvenience.

Can I attend any event at the locations with my TTT ticket?
Yes, as long as the location is not at full capacity. All activations in the Timișoara Tasting Tour program are included in the ticket and do not require a separate reservation. Access is subject to availability, so we recommend arriving early if you want to catch a specific moment.
