Access to the event is granted exclusively based on tickets purchased online via iabilet.ro.
The number of tickets is limited, and they cannot be purchased on the day of the event if sold out online.
Access is subject to availability.
Each ticket is valid for one person only and can be presented either electronically or in printed form.
On the day of the event, participants must collect their wristband from one of the official pick-up points:
Berăria 700: 12:00 – 22:00
Toffee Coffee: 12:00 – 20:00
Elements: 12:00 – 18:00
Wristbands must be collected personally by each participant and cannot be picked up or distributed for others.
Together with the wristband, you will also receive the map of the participating locations.
Access to venues is only possible with the wristband worn on your wrist and the QR code of your ticket (either electronic or printed). Both are mandatory in order to enter and to enjoy the included tastings.
The wristband must be worn on the wrist throughout the event. If it is lost or broken, it cannot be replaced, which means participation in the event will end.
For very young participants, volunteers may request an ID card to verify age and apply the correct wristband (red for adults, yellow for minors).
The QR code grants access to all partner locations – once in each – and exploration is done at each participant’s own pace.
Access to venues depends on the available space at that moment, so we recommend a relaxed, flexible, and curious attitude.
The event will take place on September 20, 2025, between 18:00 – 01:00.
Food will be served between 18:00 – 00:00.
Drinks and cocktails will be available between 18:00 – 01:00.
Each partner restaurant, bar, or café has prepared a special dish dedicated to the event.
Each participant is entitled to enjoy this special dish once in each location.
Each venue has allocated a predetermined number of portions, available while stocks last.
Any additional consumption beyond the special dish must be paid separately at the standard menu price.
Waiting times may occur, depending on the flow of participants.
Each partner venue has reserved a limited number of seats specifically for the event.
Only these seats can be used by participants.
Every participant must wait for the guidance of volunteers before taking a seat.
Timișoara Tasting Tour is about flavor, atmosphere, and discovery, not excess.
Alcoholic beverages are served only to participants over 18 years old. Some venues may request ID verification.
We encourage balance and responsibility – enjoy the experience at your own pace.
Treat every venue as a welcoming host.
Be kind to staff and other participants – good energy is contagious.
If a venue is crowded, please be patient or come back later – there are over 50 locations to explore.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Personal belongings are your own responsibility.
Along the Timișoara Tasting Tour route, there will be various activities and artistic moments.

Access to these activities is free of charge, but subject to the capacity of each venue.
Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By participating, you agree to the use of these images in media materials.
Changes to the program, venues, or activities may occur – thank you for your understanding!
If the weather is unfavorable, most venues offer indoor access.
Venue staff and volunteers are there to support you – ask for help anytime.
In case of a medical emergency, call 112 immediately and notify staff.
Minors may attend only for the consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages, based on a valid ticket.
Seat reservations in advance are not possible.
The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Abusive or violent behavior will result in removal from the event, without ticket refund.
